I posted last April how I wasn't very fashionable. Well, I have been trying really hard to buy cute fashionable clothes that are also easy to wear and are confortable. Target, Old Navy, and GAP have been my go-to places because they have cute clothes that are also in my budget. I have used Pinterest for my inspiration and I think Mr. Bee is a happy hubby that his wife isn't so drab anymore. Here are some of my favorite inspiration pictures for my winter wardrobe.
I am in love with this turquoise and green together with the basic brown. I bought a pair of boots very similar to those from Target that are a darker brown and I'm in love with them! I'd show them to you, but they aren't on Target's website anymore and I haven't taken a photo of them yet. I love everything about this outfit except that bag. It's comfortable, easy to put together, and can be worn on any typical day.
I've never been one to mix brown and black together, but this outfit proved to me that it can be done. I truly love it! I wouldn't hesitate to wear this outfit to a meeting, but my field is in sports so I don't have to be in a business suit. The splash of red is a great touch.
There is that same style of bag again. Maybe it's growing on me, I don't know. I really love the scarf on this outfit. Everything looks very natural and earthy. I'm realizing that I love neautral and basic colors. I have splashes of color in my closet, but its mostly building that base of basics for now.
Again, this outfit just looks so warm, cozy, and comfortable. I cannot get enough sweaters and tall boots. With it being winter here in Michigan and having a foot of snow on the ground, boots are a must. I may not like winter in Michigan, but I sure do like the outfits I get to wear.
